SK Residence is a contemporary family house designed with a strong connection to its natural surroundings. The project is developed on a 95 m² footprint, with a total construction area of 270 m², offering a balanced combination of functionality, comfort, and modern architectural language.
The layout is carefully oriented to maximize views of Lake Burdur, with primary living spaces such as the kitchen and living room facing the landscape. This orientation enhances natural light and strengthens the relationship between interior spaces and the environment.
The residence includes a 35 m² terrace, providing an outdoor living area that supports daily use as well as social activities. Material choices and façade composition create a warm yet contemporary character, blending clean lines with natural textures.
