EVENTMAG HOUSE
Interior Project & Construction
Istanbul, 2025
Eventmag House Project has been conceived as a versatile event and broadcast space with a total area of 240 m². The project has been developed around a flexible spatial framework capable of hosting multiple events of varying scales and content simultaneously. The existing plan layout of the building has been reinterpreted with a focus on functionality and fluid circulation. The space has been designed to accommodate diverse uses without rigid wall separations, emphasizing spatial permeability and continuity. Acoustic requirements have been carefully calculated and integrated as an essential component of the overall design. Adjustable lighting scenarios have been implemented to create atmospheres suitable for different broadcast and event needs. In order to emphasize the strong identity of Eventmag House, the brand’s signature colors—purple and green—have been extensively incorporated into the spatial language. Altogether, these design elements transform the space into a multi-layered platform for production and experience, rather than a conventional event venue.
The first floor of the building has been completely cleared to create a new platform focused on stage and event programming. This level has been transformed into a multi-functional space incorporating a bar area, a kitchen and table setup serving workshops, a podcast room, and a stage designed to host concerts or live events. From the entrance onward, the spatial flow has been carefully designed to support a seamless event experience. The stage area has been equipped with technical infrastructure capable of accommodating various broadcast and performance formats. Acoustic arrangements have been optimized for both speech-based and music-oriented uses. Extending from this level, the terrace has been conceived as a natural continuation of the interior, enriched by views of the Bosphorus. The terrace has been designed as a complementary outdoor space that enhances the social dimension of events. The relationship between interior and exterior spaces has been established through a sense of continuity that enriches the user experience. Considered together, the stage, entrance, and terrace areas form a cohesive whole that strongly reflects the dynamic, productive, and contemporary identity of Eventmag House.
