EROLNEST RESIDENCE

Erolnest Residences is approached through a compact massing strategy and a restrained architectural language. The project is developed on a 350 m² footprint, with a total construction area of approximately 2,500 m², and comprises 20 residential units in 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 layouts.
The facade design aims for a balanced massing through the controlled use of horizontal and vertical elements. Light-toned surfaces are combined with darker wood finishes to establish a rhythmic composition, while recessed balconies and setbacks contribute to facade depth. Metal railings and simple window details support a consistent and cohesive facade expression.

​The interior design has been approached as a continuation of the calm and balanced architectural language established on the facade. Light and neutral tones form the base of the spaces, while wooden surfaces and soft textures provide a sense of warmth and balance. In the spatial layout, unnecessary partitions have been avoided to create fluid and open living areas.  Natural light is treated as a primary design element through generous window openings. Built-in furniture and storage units are designed with simple forms that integrate seamlessly with the architecture.  A calm atmosphere is emphasized in the rooms, with a restrained color palette and simplified lighting decisions.
